When you call us, message us or send the enquiry form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, suburb or address, and the details of the job.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, quote, book and carry out the work, invoice, and follow up about the job, including asking for a review. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email for these purposes.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host and our customer-messaging system, which may store information outside South Africa under appropriate safeguards. We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for the job, our records and the law (for example tax and guarantee records).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or tell us to stop contacting you, at any time: reply STOP to a message or email jgsplumb@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).

This website doesn't use tracking cookies. The map on our contact page only loads from Google when you ask for it.
