Questions

Good to know

“Johan and team are efficient, professional and so helpful. They came out within 2 hours of our call on a late Friday afternoon, and when they couldn't work on the issue, they came back later that evening and proceeded to work until almost midnight that night.”

When do I need a plumbing COC?

In Cape Town, the City's Water By-law requires one before a property is transferred to a new owner. You may also want one after major plumbing work or a geyser replacement.

What does the inspection look at?

Typically: that the installation complies with the by-law, that there are no leaks or defects, that the water meter registers, and that no storm water drains into the sewer.

What if something fails?

We can repair it, then issue the certificate once everything complies.

How do I book?

Call 073 517 5027 or send the form with the property's address.
